SHIPPING POLICY

Your orders are packed live on our social media channels. For guidance your orders will be packed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Holidays are defined by announcements on the website and social media channels.

Please allow the courier transport times to deliver your orders. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, if there are any courier issues such as strikes, holidays and other issues beyond our control, shipments may be delayed. We will make you aware via email or our social media channels if there is such delays. Once your order is shipped please be aware that this order will no longer be in our control and we may not be able to answer specific queries on your parcel.

 

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UK shipping only at the moment.

 Please note, delivery costs are subject to change in line with Royal Mail price changes.

  If you require a bulk order, please contact us for a postage quote. In some cases, I am able to use a courier if needed.

Once ordered you will receive an order confirmation email and once the order has been shipped it will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please make sure you check your junk and spam email.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive an order damaged please contact Royal mail directly and email us to confirm so we can sort this out for you as fast as possible. Please take pictures and save all packaging that is damaged before filing in a claim. If the package is severely damaged then please refuse delivery and contact us straight away.

Returns

To receive a refund, your items must be damaged and inedible. You will also need to provide us with your order number and have enough relevant information for us to confirm your proof of purchase from ourselves.

To start a return, please contact us at Jbscandyboxenquires@mail.com. If your refund is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package too. Items sent back to us without first requesting will unfortunately not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as incorrect sweets in the pick N mix or giveaways. 

If you are given a refund once the item has been received by ourselves and checked, we will let you know via email whether the refund can be approved or not. If approved you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method, this cannot be changed. Please note this can take several days for the refund to be processed.

Whilst you are within your rights to initiate any charge backs via your bank, please be aware that this should be your last resort. This could also affect any further orders from ourselves.
